  • Abraham Lincoln – Premonition

“A few days before heading toward Washington from our home in Springfield Illinois, I looked at my reflection in the mirror and saw a strange image of myself.  I was not one man but split in twain.  My face is not the most handsome in any room, but it is generally seamless.  I mentioned this to Mary and we discussed several possible meanings.  We agreed on one interpretation that does not sit well in my stomach.  In the first term of my presidency, I shall be fine.  Hopefully, I do not ruin this country as it has survived almost one hundred years before me.  War is pending and I hope in all the power vested in me that I can keep this country whole.  However, my split image seems to foreshadow an unfavorable second term.  A man with any power whatsoever is bound to make an enemy or two.  A man with the power over a divided nation will unfortunately have more than a few enemies.  He might even have half the nation as an enemy and the other half parading as an ally.  I suspect that I will be assassinated in some manner.  I hope that my death will be quick as I am not fond of pain.  I once hit my finger sharply with a hammer and I do not know if I could have survived without the comfort of Mary.  Even if her care came with a few insults against my manhood.

    -Abraham Lincoln 1861

    *Am I next? – J.A.G”

Wow, it’s crazy to think that Abraham Lincoln had a premonition about his own death. It must have been scary knowing that the end was near.

  • James Buchanan – Washington Memorial

“After many battles with funding, this is what remains of the the original plans for the Washington Memorial.  It is not as grand as originally imagined but it will suffice.

    -James Buchanan 1861

*We will need a more substantial and secure location to continue to keep our treasures safe.

I heard there’s actually a tiny version of the Washington Memorial in the ground near the actual version. I wonder if it is some sort of fun key to get into the original vaults!

  • James Buchanan – Japanese Ambassadors

“The first Japanese ambassadors have arrived in New York City.  They look strangely medieval. They even brought swords and armor which have a unique style unlike anything I have ever seen.  More importantly however, they have gifted us a map that could be invaluable to our search for the seven cities of Cibola.  They have an acute understanding of geography despite being closed away for so long.

  • Franklin Pierce – Cuba

Attempts to find any Fountain of Youth have been unsuccessful.  The few proposed sites have led to nothing of consequence.  One of the sites has a fantastic pond that glows at night, although this appears to be a natural phenomenon of phosphorescent organisms.  The Spanish have always kept an unusual interest in Cuba.  Florida as well until we bought the land from them.  Have they discovered something of which we are unaware?

    -Franklin Pierce 1853

Update, I offered to purchase Cuba for $120 million and the Spanish would not come to an agreement.  They are obviously hiding that Cuba has more to offer than a strategic military location or profitable tobacco crops.

  • I’m Back!

Okay, I’m back! I back from the hack! Or maybe more accurately I was allowed permission back into my site. There is a new user on my website that I cannot figure out how to remove. I’ve tried resetting my password, contacting the server, and nothing is working. I can’t remove the post they made either. Pand0ra’s Lam3nt? Really creative I guess. I’m not sure how I want to proceed. I guess this person is allowing me to continue my posts? They haven’t really asked for anything or communicated at all really. Has this happened to anybody else website? Is there anybody that can help with this sort of thing? I guess my only option right now is to just keep moving forward. I lost a lot of time getting all this information in this book out to the public as I originally intended. I won’t let this scare me or slow me down.

  • Hacked?

I got a notification that all of my posts were updated. I didn’t do anything and I don’t really see anything different. This is getting a little crazy. Is someone seriously stalking me or something? How can I even tell if someone else has my password. I guess it’s time to update my security. I keep seeing advertisements for VPNs. I should look into it but I have no idea what I’m doing. I mean, look at this website. It took me so long to figure out how to add the title page to the front of the website.

Actually I’m having a really hard time with the website. If anybody knows somebody that would be cool. I’m not sure how much that would cost. I guess the website is okay as is. If it wasn’t for the categories though, I wouldn’t be able to follow the posts chronologically. I will add that to list of things to do. Learn ciphers. Learn website stuff. Get it, got it, good.
